1. Parties
These Terms govern your use of costadelsolprime.com (the "Site"), operated by Global Eco Goods Company S.L. (the "Company"), CIF B-93717460, registered office c/. Benajarafe 7, P 5 – 4º D, 29651 Mijas Costa, Málaga, Spain. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
2. Services
The Site is a premium property catalogue for the Costa del Sol. We provide property information, contacts with sellers/agents and search tools. We are NOT a party to the sale transaction — we act as sub-agent/intermediary under contract with the seller.
3. Information accuracy
Property information is sourced from partners (developers, MLS, accredited agencies). We make reasonable efforts for accuracy but do not guarantee it. Prices, availability and specifications may change without notice. Confirm details before any transaction.
4. Legal disclaimers (important)
We do not guarantee: investment returns (ROI), rental yields, residency, mortgage approval. The Spanish Golden Visa for property investors closed on 2025-04-03 — any claim about it is no longer valid.
5. AML / KyC
Under Spanish Ley 10/2010, the buyer completes a KyC procedure with the partner before signing a reservation. We do not accept: cash, bearer cheques, third-party payments.
6. Contact forms
By submitting a form, you consent to data processing (see Privacy Policy) and the transmission of your contact details to the partner agency responsible for the selected property.
7. Intellectual property
The Costa del Sol Prime brand, site design and original content are the property of the Company. Property photos belong to developers/MLS and are used under license.
8. Liability
The Company is not liable for buyer decisions based on Site information. We recommend retaining an independent lawyer and tax adviser for any transaction.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes: courts of Málaga.
